<description>Swift To-Do list is an innovative to-do list software with reminder and to-do lists organized by tree structure with icons.

Supports advanced exporting (HTML, Excel) and printing capabilities - you can always have your to-do lists with you. Application is suitable both for personal and business use.

All tasks can have customized priority level, task type, due date, and reminder. Includes advanced task cleaner which will delete all tasks with specified priorities. You can sort the to-do list by subject, priority, due date or the task type. It is also possible to batch modify properties of tasks.

Each task can have notes attached to it which can be easily edited using the notes panel, which supports text effects (bold, italic, etc).

You can also easily attach files, folders, links, emails to tasks - just drag &amp; drop!

You will never forget anything again thanks to the inbuilt reminder, which can be activated for any of your tasks. When it's displayed, it can beep three times and you can choose from several options, like to remind you again in a few minutes.

You can look up your tasks using the search function. Great drag &amp;amp; drop support allows you to drag tasks from one to-do list to another, you can also easily drag whole to-do lists in the tree so you can organize them.

It's possible to view more to-do lists at once, and filter the displayed tasks. The program can display the number of tasks in the to-do lists upon their names in the to-do list tree. Global hotkey is another handy feature, just press it and the Swift To-Do list will be restored from the systemtray and ready to use!

Never forget anything again, be more productive, make your life more organized!</description>

I was amazed at how easy user friendly todo list programe was. I immediately fell in love with it and is the only one that I feel happy to use. Why? because it's designed to be easy and friendly with the user in mind. How it should be.

I tried this software to just compare it with my usually used AbstractSpoon TodoList.

It's a nice programme that could really help to organize your tasks. It has a hierarchical tasks lists representation. You may set up an icon for each list hierarchy node. As I got the free version programme has a limit of lists number.

Tasks have a reminder that works by the time you point during a task creation or by the setting it up later.

You can colorize a tasks priority. Any task can have a completion date.

It's possible to manage the priority types (edit or delete the preinstalled types, add new types).

The things I don't like.
Free version limitations: lists number, can't hide tasks that are done. My AbstractSpoon TodoList works fine for me, has a lot of features that this programme has. I didn't find any reason to change my current programme to the Swift To-Do List, but if you try find the first you may try this one.
